- Sponsors Breeders', Open and NSBA Futurities.
- Sends a youth team to the Youth World Championship Show and the All-American Quarter Horse Congress.
- Sponsors AQHA Trail Rides.
- Sponsors an AQHA All-Novice Show.
- Provides funding for clinics for amateurs and youth to learn more.
- Provides college scholarship to GQHYA member.
- Provides monthly e-newsletters for its members

Can you afford 2-4 hours, one evening a month, sometimes on a telephone conference call? Why not serve as an officer or member of the Board of Directors of GQHA? If you would like to be considered for any officer or director position, please send an email or make a phone call to Tom Richardson to get your name put on the Ballot for the December General membership Meeting and Election. If you can’t be part of the solution, don’t be part of the problem. Become a working, contributing part of the team that manages your organization!
